How do I go about reducing the file size of 70x70, 36k avatar that I'd like to use? I figured I'd just open it in PS and save it at a lower quality. However, the quality of the image was greatly degraded and the file size actually doubled! What am I doing wrong, and how do I get it down to 8k?
