This was up on the Ricoh page earlier today, but has since been pulled. Looks like it's a high-end prosumer camera and, based upon the K-5ii, it probably will have superb dynamic range and noise control. A really significant feature is the ability to "turn on or off" the anti-aliasing filter. Not sure how that will work, but it is a very nice feature. It probably uses the same sensor technology as the Nikon D600 and D800; here are a few features:
- 24MP APS-C sensor
- 8.3 second continuous shooting (for up to 22 RAW shots or 60 JPEGs)
- 27-point AF (25 cross-type)
- 0.95x magnification optical viewfinder with 100% coverage
- 100-51200 ISO
- max 1/8000 of a second shutter
- H.264 Full HD video at 60, 50, 30 and 24p
Hello, Canon, are you there?
