I am mostly shooting RAW and will probably setup the custom mode for JPG 'L'. Does anyone have any tips for menu settings when shooting in RAW (like is it best to turn off things like high ISO noise reduction, highlight tone priority etc?). What settings should I be looking at when shooting JPG so I can set that up for custom mode?

There are so many options I find them confusing. :)

Why don't you google "tips tricks canon eos 60d" (without the quote marks) and use the results. Not much different than the 70D.
