I will spend 3 - 4 days in Beijing at the end of this month, and meanwhile I would love to take some great shots of the fall foliage around the great wall of China.

But there are so many different sections to visit, and I have no idea where to begin!

Has anyone from POTN been there? I know that all the sections of the wall are very beautiful, but which section is the best for autumn colors? :)

You may get more response if this thread were in the "talk" section rather than "sharing" section.

I'd love to visit and photograph china.

Without a doubt, Mutianyu an hour an half out of Beijing will provide you awesome fall pictures of the Great Wall. Was there October 13, and was simply amazed - used my 7D and took hundreds of pictures!
