My viewfinder exposure metering acting funny

Canon 5DmkII

Hope you can clearly see at the bottom of the viewfinder that the exposure metering
is not having one bar, but a whole lot more, and I did clear all camera settings.
So its not a bracketing issues, it also does'nt tell me clearly the iso, and shutter speed.
On the top screen everything is ok, but when looking into the viewfinder it's hell!

No, and as you can see, look at the odd numbers

Sick display...send to Canon repair. You know it is sick simply by the '488' and the '9.8' in the displays...no such shutter speed, no such f/stop

This is probably correct...

But before sending it in you might try a "reboot". It doesn't cost anything to try and sometimes fixes strange problems.

I did the reboot twice, and it seems to have worked.....
I'm gonna let it sit, if it works I have to pay you a beer :wink:

yeah me too i'm glad, cause I had the camera for 14 months, is'nt it a coincidence that things goes wrong right after the warranty is over :)
