Here's some shots from a regional tournament Tennessee is hosting. These were shot with a D4 and either a 400/2.8 or 70-200/2.8. Settings were 1/100th, f/2.8 and ISO6400. I experimented some with a right-angle viewfinder as well... I'll definitely be trying it out more in the future.
