FL shorebird identification

please help :)

I think it is a Bonaparte's Gull (Chroicocephalus philadelphia) mainly due to black beak and grey around the eyes but unsure

thought it was a golden plover but they all seem to have black legs I cannot find orange legged with this body pattern

any help is appreciated I have been trying to keep my lables accurate

I think you're right on the gull; and, I'm about 90% certain that your second bird is a winter plumed, Ruddy Turnstone

The first image is a second winter Laughing Gull and in the second is a Ruddy Turnstone.

Thank you for the help the ruddy turnstone was not in any of the places I looked for FL shore birds and I thought it was not a laughing gull because the beaks are reddish during breeding which is what I kept seeing in most examples.

Next time I have trouble identifying a bird I will leave it up to the professionals.....you guys

If your still shooting around the Tampa Bay area you will see Bonaparte Gull's showing up around the first of December. Best place to find in area is Lansing Park in St Petersburg at low tide they will sit out on the mud flats. Two nice shot's.
