Wasatch

We went to Leavenworth yesterday, so of course I had to stop and take some pictures of the color.

The combination of the light, the electrical wires that were all over the place, and the bleak sky made if really difficult to get a good composition. This is one of my favorite images from the trip; I think it showcases the color well.

I can't help but think of Native American artwork when I look at this. I will probably end up researching Northwest Native American artwork now and may even start looking for more occurrences of it in our local landscape.

I love the colors in this! Hate the dreaded power lines that so often mess with our shots. Overall, I think you did well!

Very nice reflection. With all the power lines and airliner contrails it's surprising so many beautiful pictures can be taken.

Thanks and yes, you are correct on the location. This was taken near that candy store just outside of town where the river widens.

Thanks, I see that too. I will have to ponder it a bit to figure out why. Any ideas?
