I picked up a new 5D MK II at below market value and since I already have a 5D MK II with under 16K clicks I am wondering which one I should keep. How much more would the new one (3 clicks) sell for and at what would be a fair price?

What if I trade the one with 3 clicks for a used 6D? Would that be of equal value? That would give me the opportunity to test side by side and maybe keep the 6D. I liked the size and weight of the 6D when I held one. 6D/ 24-105 f4 IS/ 85 f1.8/ 70-300L IS

Oct 15, 2013 23:00 | #10 The 16k clicks wouldn't make much difference. Why not just return the 5D2 you bought and buy a 6D? I doubt someone with a 6D is going to want to trade down to a 5D2. 5D4 | 8-15L | 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS | 24L II | 40mm pancake | 100L IS | 70-200mm f/2.8L IS mk2 | 400mm f/4 DO IS

Honesly, will be hard to find someone to trade with. You will probably have to throw some cash towards the 6d.

If I had a 6D, I'd gladly trade it with a 5D2 really. I was under the impression the 6d was nicer then the 5d II and compared as a baby 5d3. www.jamesmcguirephotography.com
