Recommendation on a boom stand for Einstein 640

Hi,

My friend and I are looking to buy an Einstein 640 to use with either 36inx48in softbox or beauty dish. Can someone recommend a boom stand or any setup to hold the strobe and softbox?

So far in my list:

Manafrotto 420B
Avenger 4041B

Any input will be great.
