One of the local area teams doesn't have lights at their field, so they always play their home games Saturday afternoon. I'm always thrilled when I get a chance to cover these games, mainly because it means one less game of trying to deal with awful hs field lighting for night games. To top it all off, it was a nice overcast day!
CC welcome. Shooting mainly with the 5d3 + 400 but I believe a shot or two is the 1d3 + 70-200. You can't tell from these photos, but the backdrop to the field is a beautiful view of the the Atlantic Ocean, so needless to say it's always a pleasure to shoot at the field.
