Wow I'm impressed. Wouldn't mind having one. I think this camera would look tons better if they did away with the viewfinder though.

Without a VF, I wouldn't buy it.

My fail is your gain. I ended up buying WAY to many Minolta MD mount 135MM f2.8 lenses. Super cheap way to get some minty Manual focus glass for your A7(r) All lenses include MD to NEX adapter. I am such a moron sometimes.

perfect travel combo :)

I checked your flickr page. I definitely would like to see more from this combo since this would probably be the first lens I buy if I were to get an A7.

beautiful images everyone. Im just waiting on B & H to get back to me regarding a $300 credit for the A7R deal they have going on. I have pretty much decided on the A7R and the 55 1.8.

One question: sonyalpharumors mentions a possible new A7(?) might be coming out due to these deals flying around at the moment for the current A7's. I dont have the bandwidth to dig through the detritus on another rumors page, so straight up: Any credible evidence that would support this, or is it just internet rumors? I dont know if I could wait for a new model, but at least I would be informed.

Backpacked in the Smokies 3 days this weekend, so glad I didn't have to carry a honking EOS body for full frame....

Thanks Nekro. Yesterday we hunted for owls, came up with nothing owl-wise but enjoyed the lake in low pool:
