I have just upgraded to FF..
would it be worth a Swap of a Theirs 17-40mm 4.0 L for my Crop 17-55mm 2.8 ??
I am thinking I can also use the 17-40 on my Crop if need be.. (the 60D is of course my 2nd Body)
What would you do??

Oct 16, 2013 12:33 | #3 I would. The 17-40 can do double duty as a great UWA and a decent normal zoom where the 17-55 can't even be used on the camera you're likely going to be using more often. gonzogolf dumb remark memorialized More info | Oct 16, 2013 13:52 | #5 If I remember correctly the used prices on the 17-55 2.8 are bit higher than the those of the 17-40 so you might want to ask for a bit of cash to even up the deal. The idea of the trade is sound, but you are giving up more value.
