This Frogmouth is pretty used to me now and doesn't take a defensive stance but, rather, it plays peek-a-boo with me.....or at least I like to think that's what it is.

Either ways I am pretty sure it knows me now as I do keep checking up on it.

Thanks for the lovely comments all, very much appreciated.

Went to check it was OK this morning and its given me the slip again. Its frustrating yet really adds some spice to things. Sure I'll find it again and get another knowing look.

A house owner there came out today as well to ask what I was always coming to look at. I thought he was coming over because I look suspicious, which, in all honesty, I think I probably do. He was just intrigued about what I was coming to see over and over though. He was quite taken aback to have never seen it given its so close to him.

Another fantastic shot Andrew.

That guy is so photogenic! I wonder how many of them there are around...I've never been fortunate enough to spot one but if this guy's close to civilisation it gives me hope that I may be lucky enough one day...
