Since the park is open again, I thought I'd better get up there to see if the colors are changing yet. Seems as if autumn has indeed arrived in the prettiest place in earth.

First image: Why don't people shoot El Cap from that side more often? You got a view that most miss.

We're going in November. I hope for water in the falls.

Nice color! Never photographed Yosemite Valley in the fall. I always go to the eastern side of the Sierra. May have to get up there.

Because too many go for the iconic shot and try to duplicate what somebody else has done. Unfortunate because there are so many missed opportunities as in this case.
