Cool. Never heard of that style of event but looks like they had fun with it. Looks like most had 2 Meter or so conventional gliders but what with the prop plane in a few of the photos. Have they moved up to E-gliders & ALES events?

I think this is a one-of-a kind thing. I pretty sure my dad created the event. The first few photos was before the event. If I remember correctly, one of the members (he's new to the hobby) wanted my dad to fly it to make sure "everything worked". I think most of the members fly electrics.

Not sure what "ALES" is?
