Mountain Biker C&C

Took a few shots with my friends 1D-III the other day. Here's one:

I like the composition except for the foregrounds blurred rock but that sky color just doesn't look right.

Yea for sure too turquoise. I also now see how bad the clone job to the riders left is. Weird how things don't jump out till you go away and come back.

Better? I added some texture to the foreground rock and dialed back the sky. Also cleaned up the clone job some.

IMHO, both shots are over saturated which screams over photoshopped which I don't think is the look you were going for. Also, while I understand you actually took the second picture, somehow him riding there doesn't make sense and it doesn't look natural. Without the bike rider, it would look like a wonderful landscape.

The sky has an odd color in the first one. I like the second one.

2nd one is nice. First one is better after your adjustments. But the second one is very nice

The first one looks like a great place to ride! I'm a singletrack guy but sometimes the "green tunnels" in PA get bland. I'd love to switch it up and ride somewhere else.

I like the composition of the first one better than the second but I have to agree with vengence, it's a bit oversaturated. The second edit of the first pic is definitely better. I love the look of the rocks.
