What can I do or could have to done to make this imager better? Filters? Positioning? Post processing? This is as taken, no post processing.

Oct 24, 2013 22:10 | #4 The tree seems a bit blurry, but there is an awful lot of noise around the edge of the tree from jpeg compression, I think. Does it look sharp in your original? Also, a commit nit around here is your horizon is not quite level (the ocean horizon, not the grass). Generally a nice photo though - I think the colors and exposure look good. Fuji XT-3, 18-55 F2-4, 10-24mm, 100-400mm.

I have shot it a couple of times due to the isolation and background, but could never really do it justice. The cross must be a relatively recent addition.

BigLobowski Goldmember More info | ... great shot, that with some minimal post work could really pop...try a little contrast adjustment to make the sky have a bit more definition, but so much as to overpower the tree - which is fantastic...agree with the above - straighten out the horizon, and a little wider view would really set it off...great capture man... - Ken
