How can I make Aperture 3 (latest version) automatically split my projects into folders by year--->month--->day?

See this person's set up: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3074892 (external link) (scroll just a short ways to see the folder set up)

Otherwise, I'm trying to do this manually, by making a new folder for each year and within that making a folder for each month and within that making a folder for each day. The task is quickly proving to be a little on the overwhelming side of things. Is there any easier way to do this, like a script I can use or something? Detailed instructions would be nice. I could do it manually, but it would take weeks if not a couple months to finish it. My library is a total mess and an hour spent on google hasn't really answered my question.

I have two separate Aperture libraries for some reason that happened when I copied everything over this laptop.

Some extra info:
My Aperture Library is backed up 6 ways from Sunday so I have ample opportunities to refresh anything I irrevocably mess up. I just got a 2010 MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.5 with a 500 GB hard drive and 4 GB of ram. I can easily upgrade ram if needed for what I want to be able to do here.

I don't have a Mac/Aperture, so all I can do is give suggestions from when I organized my library in Lightroom, about 40,000 photos spanning several years...

You have to do some manual work, sure. Do as much as you can with multiple selections. Select a shoot in a folder, batch-rename the files, create a new folder by copy/pasting the "base" name of the files and move the batch of files into it...and so on and so forth!
