Pre dawn beneath Mt San Gorgonio

Gene I like the orange, pinkish glow from the city, in contrasts nicely with the bluish sky and gives a sense that there is something between (which there is) the foreground and the Background mountains. To my eye it gives it a sense of depth. If on the other hand it was just white light it might not look good but since its a nice pink, orange light it adds to the image. IMHO.

Fair enough Dave. I suppose I just like the pinks and oranges given off by the light bleed (Posted before I saw Grizz's).
