Spaceweather.com tells us that sunspot AR 1882 produced a X1 flare at 08h01 UT and is expected to remain active.
This is a shot I've taken minutes after - AR 1882 is the smaller sunspot on the western limb of the Sun.
Many unnamed sunspots on the NW limb and two sets of prominent sunspots grouped at the tropics.
