Epson R2000 Problem

I have just set up my new Epson R2000, down loaded Red River icc profiles and did the Epson test print (print not a photograph) everything worked ok.
The next step was to print a photograph from photoshop (cs5) and I got a popup that said
*Saved printer information is not compatible with version of photoshop or the saved printer is no longer available you will need to check your printer settings before printing*

When I click ok it comes up with the usual box. paper orientation, dpi, etc etc.
Has anyone any idea why I get the first pop up?.

I don't know, I'd say check with Red River, since they provided the profile. The fact that the "normal" print dialog came up probably is not related to the Red River profile, it's likely just the standard print driver. Evidently the printer itself is supported by CS5, irregardless of the Red River profile error message.

Work with Red River to get a compatible profile, since if you will be using their paper you'll want the compatibility!

Just a guess but have you printed this image before using another printer? One that is nolonger avilable on the system? I'm fairly sure that PS embeds detail of the print settings used when an image is printed. I know it certainly wants to resave the file if you change any of the printer settings then try to exit the image. Sorry I can't be of more help I now do all my photo printing from LR rather than PS.

Thanks guys. I get the same message if I use Epson papers or Red River. Again same message using photos printed before on the R1800 and photos that have never been printed.
Calling Epson Monday am, I am sure it's probably a setting I am missing somewhere.
Side note, a web search shows there are a lot of other people geting this message as well.

Yes as I said lots of people like me with the same problem asking what to do but no answers other than try this or try that, I have tried most of them.
