I have a question for you guys, I recently bought a Canon 24-70 II f/2.8 and was wondering if I should keep my Canon 20 f/2.8 lens. what are your thoughts?

As for the lens, I think 24 is wide enough for family portraits? I just don't see a 20mm useful as I rarely use it and not often do I use it because its too wide. Based on that response, sell it. You still run the risk of perspective distortion at 24 unless you are framing quite loosely.
