Will the 60D's focus confirmation light work with an unmodified Rokinon or Samyang 85mm f/1.4? At less than $300 on Amazon, either lens is worth buying just to play around with it, whereas the Sigma is too expensive.

EverydayGetaway Cream of the Crop More info | Nov 01, 2013 14:59 | #2 There will not be any confirmation without installing a confirmation chip on the lens. I would recommend getting an "s" type focus screen for your 60D, it'll be even more helpful then the focus confirmation. The Samyang 85mm is an excellent lens, I bought one last week but had to send it back due to a faulty aperture, anxiously awaiting my replacement Fuji X-T3 // Fuji X-Pro2 (Full Spectrum) // Fuji X-H1 // Fuji X-T1
