I have the 5d MK II and just picked up a 6D and want to know if there is any test that will make either camera shine over the other. Does anybody have a low light high ISO test that you do?

The difference will not make or break your image, but it's there, and it's a fact; especially at higher ISOs which you're inquiring about.
