They are good to deal with. I've purchased numerous items from them. They tend to ship very slowly but I've always received what I've purchased.

That is a 'theft-resistant' color...

I have the grey/red but I never ever used it. I have 5 other bags and the Crumpler still has the tags on it. I bought it to be able to use it at big jobs, it fits my laptop too I just haven't had a big job since I bought it
