This was taken from the east side of the Hawthorne bridge in Portland. You can park somewhere close to OMSI, and walk down to the bridge within a few minutes. Very easy to find and easily accessible. It does tend to toss the composition off angle but it draws the eye into the center and adds a LOT of impact. The colors and reflections are beautiful. Well done.
