The free standalone version allows you to catalogue 15000 images, the prices are then $20 for a catalogue of 25000 images $50 for a catalogue of 75000 images and $99 for a catalogue of unlimited size. There are also three server versions a home edition starting at $99 for two concurrent connections, a pro version at $199 with one concurrent connection licensed for commercial use and a small team version starting at $999 dependant upon the number of concurrent connections you need. There is also a yearly maintenance fee if you want to continue to receive updates past the first year but the cost of this is not totally clear at present apart from the small team version, I assume his is as the product has only just been released but is likely to be reasonable.

To be clear if we are talking about processing RAW and Jpg files and Daminion, Daminion is a piece of DAM software so it will replace the cataloguing side of Lightroom but not the RAW processing side. If you want to process RAW or Jpg images you need separate tools for this.
