I would like opinions on this picture and how I could photoshop it a bit to make it better. Thoughts?

If you could post a larger size, it would help, also, it is kind of hard to tell with the black frame that may fool any eye looking for any detail or contrast adjustments

I agree on all stated, I think the crop is good. A lighter boarder from the color palette in the shot would probably be good.

Good capture these guys are shy.
I would crop out the water in the upper right corner, then crop in portrait, tall and narrow if possible.
