Very nice.

I am not a portrait photographer, so I will defer to Robert Lay for the full critique, I will say that it appears to be nicely done to me.

The only thing I would think about is to do something about the wisp of hair by her right cheek. As is, it is neither here nor there. Consider cloning it out completely, or dodging it in to make it a bit more prominent.

I think you have a lovely shot. The lighting is very soft and looks great.

On the downside, I am not sure about the pose. Her watch seems to be the focus and her arm looks unnaturally large because it is nearer.

I also sense a little 'falseness' in the pose, as if she had to do it twice or so.

It may be completely wrong, but it is just an initial reaction.

I like it as is, but I do wonder what a bit more USM would do for the overall effect and what seems to be, to me, just a small lack of contrast. Actually, I think what I am seeing is that, in my eyes, the arm and hand are more focussed and sharp than the face. So, maybe less sharpening on the arm and more on the face.

Lovely. Unfortunately, the hand/arm pose is very unatural. The skin tones are perfect and the lighting is very flattering. Nicely done.

I agree fully with this critique.

I agree with the arm/watch thing. I think a watch that wasnt silver might have been better. But it does get the focus because it is also slap bang in the middle. Maybe crop some of the bottom off, then you wouldnt have the shoulder looking so big either.
