Fall Family Shot

First time out with the 6D. I still need to dial in my lens calibration, but thought this came out okay...

Hey I like this a lot...especially the leaves falling that are blurred out , nice touch.

Everything seems to be in focus and well framed, great job!

It is a neat capture and I love the falling leaves. I would just add some more contrast and crop in from the right a bit, putting them at the right strong point.

That looks great but I would add even more contrast. It doesn't seem to impact the BG which makes the people stand out even more.

Thanks, but I kind of want to keep the bit of "misty" look. A touch def helped, and I do like the bit tighter crop.

I just went to your gallery, clicked on family, and to my surprise the first thing I see is a Linear Accelerator! I am in my final year of Radiation Therapy school. That is not an easy treatment to endure given the region. Glad to see that was 5yrs ago and that your doing well!

Is that what they call that thing? It has been just about 5 years since they found the cancer and everything is still clear.

Yep. It creates ionizing radiation of various energies. Pretty amazing machine compared to what they used just 15-20 years ago. Again, glad everything is okay!
