I'm looking into small portable stand and these two have my interest. The ting is the LumoPro doesn't list a max weight and the Matthews lists a max of 11lbs....which honestly I find hard to believe on a stand that small even if it is from Matthews.

So a couple questions for anyone that might know.

1. What is the max weight of the LumoPro compact stand?
2. How well do the little legs spikes actually work on it?
3. Can the Matthews really hold 11lbs?
4. How tall are either of these stand, actually, with the legs spread all the way out and flat to the ground?

The max I'm looking to have on one of these is two flashes on a photix multi boom inside a wescott softbox. So not a ton of weight but I' still don't want everything crashing to the ground on location just because someone looked at it weird.
