I got my A7r the day it hit the stores on the 22/11 and put through the redemption code that night. I hadn't heard a thing until today when i sent them a message on facebook (Sony Australia). Within 20mins they replied and said there was a mix up and that it would be posted express today. 500px

I find that each of my lenses gives a different color rendering and even using 2 different programs post-processing RAW, my results are subtly different. no, i havent bailed ship just yet. but i do wanna look at this. like i said, my nex 5r is nice in intelligent mode shooting for web posting. but i would never use it for any of my model shoots. and when an individual tried to convince me the 5r camera was better than anything else out there, i chuckled in my head, yeah, it is if your a moron and dont know how to get out of manual. it is a very nice point a shoot style. Because of this opening of my eyes, i wanna take a look at the 7. Fact, nothing stays on top forever, and to assume canon will as much as i want it to is foolish and close minded. Im sure his skill set in PP is also a factor, but thats something i will be able to tell when toying with this camera. Have fun with it! Gerry

And you might be right...but what other high mpix great dynamic range camera can take my existing Canon lenses? None...so the choice is narrowed down to 1 camera. Take it or leave it. If you leave it, then the high mpix and dynamic range just is not enough of an issue for you to care...so you most likely don't need the camera.
