+1 good stuff. I'm contemplating it too at times but the Nikon 1.4G is so far doing a good enough job

Little odd since I have had a few Sony's in the past. Need to spend more time with the LA-EA4 adaptor. Should have the Canon AF adaptor shortly ![]() Everyday, a programmer finds a way of creating an idiotproof program. Everyday, the universe spits out another idiot.....So far, the universe if winning

Little odd since I have had a few Sony's in the past. USB is spec'd at 500ma maximum current. The grip is a significant charge load.

I have had to disable the grip shutter button for being far too sensitive. Everyday, a programmer finds a way of creating an idiotproof program. DavidArbogast Cream of the Crop More info | Jan 31, 2014 13:44 | #1313 I haven't needed to do so yet, but I imagine cleaning my a7 sensor will be easier than cleaning my 5D III's sensor (much shorter chamber). I too use a rocket blower (biggest one) and Visible Dust arctic butterfly brush and sensor swabs/drops for stuff that the blower can't dislodge. David | Flickr

navydoc Cream of the Crop More info | I decided to get the Sony 55mm f1.8 and it arrived a short time ago. I thought for the difference in quality, this would be a best fit for me. Because it's a native Sony lens, I can take advantage of features besides auto focus such as face recognition and so forth. Lots of things for me to check out... neighbors IMAGE LINK: http://www.flickr.com …66040953@N03/12242554075/ my street Gene - My Photo Gallery ||

And since adding the Otus 55mm to my kit, I absolutely love the versatility of that focal length. I expect it to be practically glued to my a7 this year. Early 21st Century Kansas City David | Flickr

Not really a great background since the bokeh looks much better than this with a bit more of a simpler background Everyday, a programmer finds a way of creating an idiotproof program. It's been years since I've used a 50ish mm lens on a 35mm camera myself, the last being a Nikon film camera. Gene - My Photo Gallery ||
