Pac Safe or Pelican with a cable? I know I can cut though a soft camera bag with a pocket knife and get inside it.... To me Pelican with a cable is better....

Lets see.. If they are driving hinge pins out, then they can cut the cable or the lock off too.....

Steal your car? If they are stealing your car, they are going to do it for your car. A smash and grab druggie isn't going to turn into a high tech car thief on the spur of the moment....
Car thieves could care less whats in the trunk...

If you think gangs of thieves are watching your restaurant, look for them when you get out of the car. If you see them, then go elsewhere you may well loose a lot more than your cameras....

For those who didn't raise the issue yet, space aliens are generally not issued cameras and want to bring home photos. They steal stuff out of car trunks too.

Bottom line if they are determined, they are going to get it. You can't stop them...

This one stopped them. It was a TL-30 safe, which weighs about 6000 pounds. Given an hour instead of only 30 minutes, they would have opened it too.

Security is relative.... Actually I like the German Shepard idea....
