Hi. There is no distance scale on this lens. Without AF (say you was trying to do stars at night and cannot use AF to focus on a distant object) and no hard stop on the focus ring. Does anyone know if just turning the focus ring until it does nothing further to actual focus (as if you was manual focusing on a landscape for instance but without a reference) is that where the infinity point is or is it a step back? If it is a step back then that could be a problem.
