61 views and not one comment? Either these are good or nobody likes them.....

Well, They seem out of camerish. I would strongly suggest to start editing to have more impact. Editing is vital part of photography (back 100 years ago and now)
Some images appear underexposed
I can suggest to invest in quality lenses so that the background is not visible A lot of images have a very busy background.

Hope it helps

thanks for the input. I do have all the necessary gear, but maybe it's just my style of shooting. 10-13 I was a second shooter. 5-9 was a surprise wedding (my brother and his fiance got us all together for dinner and surprised us all, I only had my 17-40 with me and one flash).

They all just seem a bit safe to me. There's no 'wow' in them. I'd try using different angles and mixing up you post processing.

So, don't make them all look the same in post processing then?

thanks all.... I've decided I'm taking off the entire month of december and not touch my camera but reevaluate my processes and techniques to try to improve. Just been too darn busy and run down.

I've got to admit, I don't mind #2. I think it's the pick of the bunch, with the 2nd last as runner up. I would probably have composed / cropped slightly differently with the bride a little more to the right in #2, and tried to move so there isn't a light growing out of the grooms head in the 2nd last.

Take with a grain of salt though, I've only done a handful of weddings as 2nd shooter. It's so easy to sit here and see where others could have improved, but when you're there doing it yourself, sometimes it's hard seeing all this stuff. :)

Good luck with your reevaluation.
