translated, it says something like: nov 2013, from canon, a "white world" is begining

How do you know this is a 1d body? the proportions look ok but seems early to upgrade the 1dx, which still hasnt received the new firmware. maybe its a special edition 1dx in white to match the new white Ls!

the lens looks more like the 22mm pancake.

Judging by the photo, the body is definitely taller than a 5D style body. I'll guess it's a high MP body with 54 MPs. ;)

Actually, it's in the shape of an SL1.

I acquired an expensive camera so I can hang out in forums, annoy wedding photographers during formals and look down on P&S users... all the while telling people it's the photographer, not the camera.

No way... it's like 8 times the size of the SL1... it's going to be a massive body... maybe large format. :p

Agreed. Been saving for a high MP body, and really don't wish the 1 series bulk if possible. About time, the competitors have been eating Canon's lunch!
