I have heard that the Fuji system plays well with Canon flash. Need I fear for my equipment if I give the ST-E3 a go to trigger my 600s in Manual mode?

The transmitter has the antenna on the bottom which won't allow it to slide on any of the fuji bodies. I was hopeful. Guess Im gonna need a reall long cord! This space for rent.
