8 New Canon Lenses in 2014!

Tamron 15-30 looks promising but what about a 14-24 or 12-24?

Nikon and adapter or buy the sigma 12-24.

I have the sigma 12-24 and I need a faster lense. And I need autofocus for weddings and because I like AF.

The standard lens is considered the 50mm. And all canons 50mm stink or are too expensive. The 50 1.2 is pretty amazing but is very expensive. Granted Canons general lineup beats Nikon, but its a travesty, yes travesty that canon doesnt have a better 50.

I guess they got 3 right...but they didn't quite hit 8 or more as the list suggests. Rumor mill...

400 DO II
100-400 II
16-35 f4 IS (close enough to 17-40 II and 16-50).

Personally, I would only give them 1.5
The 16-35 for half a point as being close
The 400mm DO is the only real full point lens.
The 100-400mm I don't give them as it's been on every list every year for at least 8 years. that was pure luck,

then I need to take another full point off for their totally scattershot approach to prediction. If I post up a dozen predictions I'd hope to get a lot more then 2 close to the mark.

So in total they got 1/2 point from me.

Im assuming this is the 24-70 2.8 IS. I will buy one

hehe, looks like the new 100-400 mk2

Looks too small but could be. Looks smaller than the 70-200

it's either the new 100-400 or the recent 70-300L.
