I like it quite a bit. Relatively inexpensive, quite a lot of support for scripting, RAW, EXIF, searching, sorting, labeling, ranking.... It does not do everything for you - adding selected EXIF fields takes a bit of work for example (15-30 minutes maybe). I like it for it's extensibility, not it's ease really, since I can do a lot of programming/scripting around it. Out of the box it needs a little work to do some common things, but not unbearably so, and you don't need to know how to program to get it done. Plus it has *extensive* reminders & help and a forum, so it's learnable. The price is right - similar stuff is 4 or 5 times the price.
One thing that I like is to be able to do queries, like showing all wildlife images taken with the 100-400 at ISO 100 and a minimum of 1/500 shutter. You might not get to this point the first night, but it's not rocket science.
