First time Shooting Seniors

I am a high school student and volunteered to shoot some senior pictures for students (for free) here are a couple from the last shoot i did in a backyard.
I was struggling with the lighting shooting all natural light and in mid day but did my best to find some shade.

I really need help with posing and little stuff like framing people.

I hate it when my computer does this...I really want to critique your photos as I'm in a similar boat as you with photography but people are donating money to me...I can't see your pictures for some reason...Are they on tumblr where we can view them or anything?

Woah woah woah...their EYES!!!! Too much my friend...No need to sharpen and dodge them so much!I would whiten the teeth of the guy a little more. I really like them for a first shoot though! Better than I did :P
