I know how to set default settings for ACR for each ISO, but it entails opening files of every ISO possible and doing it one by one. Is there anything faster that would let us maybe set defaults for an ISO range in a few clicks? Or maybe some settings file hidden somewhere that I could edit manually?

I don't think there's a way to do it quickly. You pretty much have to take a shot at the ISO. The files are stored in Users/User Name/App Data/Roaming/Adobe/CameraRaw/Defaults as xmp files and can be edited. The bad news is they are given a random name.

Create one default, sync to all (different ISO) files, adjust what's needed (probably only sharpening/NR) per ISO, make default.
