Here's a candid of a girl playing in a flock of pigeons at the park on Monday. Shot with the Nifty-Fifty and, unfortunately, had to crop fairly heavy. Lighting was late afternoon but still somewhat harsh, so it was tough to process to get separation of the girl, birds and trees. Did a B&W in Silver Efex Pro and the Color version in LR3. Appreciate any pointers. Thanks,

Its a pretty cool capture. Not sure which one I like the best. The first one might benefit from a slight increase in exposure.

I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

Very cool shot, and I vote for the color one. Now, if her pose was different...if she was crouching, or showing fear of the birds, a BW would be killer.

Thanks guys. I see what you mean about the exposure Locky - I looked on a different monitor and same underexposure. And Russ, I'll keep my eye out for that shot next time. I'm sure it happens.
