Thanks everyone for checking this out and got y'all got a chuckle out of it. :)
I don't think the guy got the shot because it doesn't look like he had his camera up at the time the osprey went across.
And if he does have me in a shot I would be a blurry dot in the background, I was around 100 feet away while the bird flew fairly close to the guy.

One additional note: This poor osprey did not get to keep it's fish. Right after I took this shot the osprey was jumped by a bald eagle who stole the fish. This was behind some trees so I could not get shots of the theft but after losing the fish the osprey went right back to trying to get a replacement.
