It came out a bit soft and I only had the built in flash in fading light but it's really my first attempt.

I think the soft is okay. Light seems okay too. It seems over saturated, like too much "red" in it.

I see too much saturation in the skin as well.

I agree about the saturation now that I look at it a bit closer. It was an orange setting sun and I didn't PP it to correct it:(
