I am assuming this is a Song Sparrow but I don't think I have seen a Sparrow with the whole belly covered with the markings. Or it could be a juvenile?

This flock of small birds was murmurating in Tarangire National Park, Tanzania on May 24, 2023.

The male appears to have a dark purple beak (and dark chin) while the female seems to have a yellow(?) beak.

Any ideas?
