Got up early for the sunrise while visiting Galveston this week: What do you think?

No comments, I have not done sun rises in a long time, I shot about 300 this morning, maybe these are the best. If you have a comment that is helpful please give it. Thanks

comments are tough to come by on this board.

here's my two cents. i like the sky of the left image, but the foreground of the right. i'd take each cut at the horizon and try and blend them, effectively giving you an image with a contrasty sky and a slightly brighter foreground.

nice shots overall. i wish i lived nearer to the ocean, so many techniques i want to try.

Here is one more where I shot it at F22, and at 1 sec, ISO 50 and a 50 mm F1.4 lens

The second and the last new one are intriguing. The last one is a bit more abstract, less able to separate the sky from the sea.
