With creative cloud, I am installing Lightroom, Photoshop, and Bridge.
I currently have Lightroom 4.4 and PS CS 5. Question is- Are they independent? Can I safely un-install LR 4.4 & CS 5?
Will the current LR library be recognized by the new LR?

Thanks

You don't need the old tools. But keeping them might be good if you decide to end your subscription.

Good advice! Keeping the old installation will take up a bit of disk space and, if you keep the CC stuff will be "redundant" but you can "revert" to the old if you "backtrack" a bit with your catalog!

I'll keep the 'old' ones for a while, my HD is large, but my current SSD is 56GB, with only 5.4GB now free, and that's where the programs reside.
