I would honestly look into this PSU... Its made by Seasonic (with an Antec sticker) and well thats all that statement really needs.

Get a bigger HDD, they cost little more. An SSD will make a huge difference to performance, Samsung 840 pro 128GB is my new/current system disk. Video card may help but isn't necessary.

If you can hold off 1 more week i am sure there will be a ton more deals! Particularly with SSDs and HDDs

Why get a full atx motherboard and case? I would look at micro atx or mini itx. You won't miss anything and the case will look a lot better and be a lot smaller
